The original Pacú a las brasas is typically seasoned with local Paraguayan spices and grilled to perfection. However, in this Algerian-inspired version, we have replaced the Paraguayan spices with a blend of Algerian spices, such as cumin, coriander, paprika, and turmeric, to infuse the fish with the distinct flavors of Algerian cuisine.
