Treat your ingredients with care...
- Lamb — For a more tender result, choose lamb shoulder with some marbling. Trim excess fat before cubing.
- Bell peppers — Use a mix of different colored bell peppers for a visually appealing dish.
- Zucchini — Make sure to slice the zucchini evenly to ensure even cooking.
Tips & Tricks
- To enhance the flavors, marinate the lamb in the spice mixture for a few hours before cooking.
- For a smoky twist, add a pinch of smoked paprika to the spice mixture.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with water and add it to the pot during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and taste even better the next day as the flavors continue to develop.
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference and seasonal availability.
