Once cooked, transfer the Podpłomyk to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.

Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Flour — Use all-purpose flour for the best results. Avoid using self-rising flour as it may affect the texture of the flatbread.

Tips & Tricks

  • For extra flavor, you can add herbs or spices such as dried oregano, garlic powder, or paprika to the dough.
  • To achieve a perfectly crispy texture, make sure to roll out the dough as thinly as possible.
  • If you prefer a softer flatbread, reduce the cooking time slightly.

Serving advice

Serve Podpłomyk as a side dish with soups, stews, or salads. It can also be enjoyed on its own as a snack or appetizer. For added variety, serve with dips such as hummus, tzatziki, or salsa.
