1.In a large saucepan, combine the diced mangoes, white vinegar, brown sugar, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili flakes, and salt.

2.Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the chutney thickens and the mangoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
