Preparation

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, sofrito, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, chopped bell peppers, onion, scallions, ground cumin, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
