Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they become translucent.

3.Add the diced red and green bell peppers to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.

4.Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

5.Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the ground beef to the other side. Cook the beef until it is browned and cooked through, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula.

6.Season the mixture with paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

7.Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
