1.In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes with cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

2.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

3.In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

4.Add the diced tomatoes and red bell pepper to the pot. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables soften.

5.Return the beef to the pot and mix well with the vegetables.

7.Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
