Preparation

1.Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook it according to package instructions. Set aside.

2.In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

3.Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.

4.Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

5.In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

6.Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

7.Add the diced carrots and frozen peas to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

8.Return the cooked chicken and shrimp to the skillet. Mix well.

9.Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine all the ingredients.

10.Drizzle soy sauce over the rice and mix until well coated.

11.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
