1.In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, Ainu spice blend, chopped Ainu wild onions, chopped Ainu wild garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Shape the mixture into small patties, approximately 2 inches in diameter.

3.Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

4.Carefully place the patties in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
