1.In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced meat, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, and sugar. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2.Heat a pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated meat until cooked through. Set aside.

3.Prepare a large bowl of warm water. Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for a few seconds until it becomes pliable. Place it on a clean surface.

4.On the lower third of the rice paper, place a lettuce leaf, a few slices of cooked meat, cucumber, carrot, and fresh herbs.

5.Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a roll.

6.Repeat steps 3-5 with the remaining ingredients.

7.In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic to make the dipping sauce.

8.Serve the rolls with the dipping sauce on the side.
