Ingredients
While the original Vietnamese Bò bía uses rice paper wrappers and a variety of Vietnamese herbs, the Mordovian-style Beef Rolls adapt to the local cuisine by replacing the rice paper with soft flatbread and incorporating Mordovian spices. 1.In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2.Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
