Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Slice the homemade bread rolls in half horizontally.

3.Cook the sausages in a frying pan over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4.In the same pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

5.Cook the black and white pudding slices in the pan until heated through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

6.Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.

7.Place the sliced tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

8.Assemble the breakfast rolls by placing a sausage, bacon, black pudding, white pudding, and a cooked egg on the bottom half of each bread roll.

9.Top with the roasted tomatoes and cover with the top half of the bread roll.
