Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Soft tofu — Handle the soft tofu gently to prevent it from breaking apart. Use a sharp knife to cut it into cubes.
  • Gochujang — Adjust the amount of gochujang according to your spice preference. Add more for extra heat or reduce for a milder flavor.
  • Spinach — Make sure to blanch the spinach quickly to retain its vibrant green color. Squeeze out excess water to prevent the dish from becoming watery.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a vegetarian version, replace the beef with marinated tofu or tempeh.
  • Customize the toppings by adding other vegetables such as bean sprouts or zucchini.
  • Serve Dububap with a side of kimchi for an authentic Korean experience.
  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang to the beef marinade.
  • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds or chopped cilantro for extra flavor.
