Treat your ingredients with care...
- Soft tofu — Handle the soft tofu gently to prevent it from breaking apart. Use a sharp knife to cut it into cubes.
- Gochujang — Adjust the amount of gochujang according to your spice preference. Add more for extra heat or reduce for a milder flavor.
- Spinach — Make sure to blanch the spinach quickly to retain its vibrant green color. Squeeze out excess water to prevent the dish from becoming watery.
Tips & Tricks
- For a vegetarian version, replace the beef with marinated tofu or tempeh.

- Serve Dububap with a side of kimchi for an authentic Korean experience.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang to the beef marinade.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds or chopped cilantro for extra flavor.
