1.Heat a pan over medium heat and dry roast the cumin seeds and coriander seeds until fragrant. Remove from heat and let them cool.

2.In the same pan, heat the vegetable oil and add the garlic cloves. Sauté until the garlic turns golden brown.

3.Add the dried red chili peppers to the pan and sauté for another minute.

4.Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely.

5.In a blender or food processor, combine the cooled garlic and chili mixture, roasted cumin seeds, coriander seeds, tamarind pulp, turmeric powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
