Ingredients
In this Silesian adaptation, we substitute the traditional doughnut-like texture of the Romanian Gogoși with a crispy fritter made from sweet potatoes. The use of sweet potatoes adds a distinct flavor and texture to the dish, while still maintaining the essence of the original recipe. Additionally, we incorporate Silesian-inspired ingredients and flavors to create a fusion of two culinary traditions. We alse have the original recipe for Gogoși, so you can check it out.
