Ingredients
This adaptation takes inspiration from the Albanian dish Granatir and transforms it into a tropical fruit punch with a Saint Lucian twist. While Granatir is traditionally a baked dish made with pomegranate syrup, this recipe replaces the pomegranate syrup with a variety of tropical fruits commonly found in Saint Lucia. The addition of warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg adds a unique flavor profile to the punch, giving it a distinct Caribbean flair. We alse have the original recipe for Granatir, so you can check it out.

- Mango — Choose ripe and juicy mangoes for the mango juice. If fresh mangoes are not available, you can use store-bought mango juice.
- Passion fruit — Use fresh passion fruit juice if possible. If fresh passion fruits are not available, you can use store-bought passion fruit juice or concentrate.
- Grenadine syrup — Look for a high-quality grenadine syrup without artificial colors or flavors for the best taste.
