Ingredients
In this Albanian adaptation of Fukujinzuke, we incorporate traditional Albanian vegetables and spices to create a relish that complements the flavors of Albanian cuisine. The original Japanese recipe typically includes daikon radish, lotus root, and soy sauce, which we replace with cauliflower, carrots, and bell peppers. Additionally, we infuse the relish with Albanian spices such as paprika and chili flakes to add a hint of heat and enhance the relish's flavor profile. We alse have the original recipe for Fukujinzuke, so you can check it out.
