1.In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of water and agar-agar or gulaman powder. Stir well to dissolve the powder.

2.Add sugar to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.

3.Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

4.Pour the gulaman mixture into a rectangular mold or individual serving glasses. Let it cool and set completely.

5.In a blender, combine the mango puree, 1 cup of water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
