Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Carrots — Make sure to grate the carrots finely for a smoother texture in the halva.
  • Saffron — Soak the saffron threads in warm milk to release their vibrant color and aroma.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a richer flavor, toast the slivered almonds or pistachios before garnishing the halva.
  • Adjust the sweetness according to your preference by adding more or less sugar.
  • For a creamier texture, you can substitute some of the grated carrots with khoya (reduced milk solids).
