Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.

4.In a bowl, combine the cooled spinach mixture with crumbled feta cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
