  • Eggs — Use large eggs for the best results.
  • Vanilla Extract — Choose a high-quality vanilla extract to enhance the flavor of the cheesecake.

Tips & Tricks

  • To prevent cracks on the surface of the cheesecake, place a pan of water on the bottom rack of the oven while baking.
  • Allow the cheesecake to cool slowly by leaving it in the turned-off oven with the door slightly ajar.
  • For a twist, you can add a layer of fruit compote or fresh berries on top of the cheesecake before serving.
  • Serve the cheesecake chilled for the best taste and texture.
  • Leftover cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Serving advice

Serve each slice of the Classic Polish Cheesecake with a dusting of powdered sugar on top. It pairs well with a dollop of whipped cream or a side of fresh berries for added freshness.

Presentation advice

To create an elegant presentation, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan before serving. Place the cheesecake on a decorative serving platter and garnish with fresh mint leaves or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
