Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Cocoa powder — Use high-quality unsweetened cocoa powder for the best chocolate flavor.
  • Cornstarch — Make sure to dissolve the cornstarch completely in the milk mixture to avoid lumps in the pudding.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a richer flavor, you can use a combination of milk and heavy cream.
  • To add a hint of citrus, you can zest an orange or a lemon and sprinkle it on top of the pudding before serving.
  • If you prefer a smoother texture, you can strain the pudding mixture before cooking to remove any lumps.

Serving advice

Serve the Supangle chilled for the best taste and texture. You can top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for an extra touch of indulgence.

Presentation advice

To make the Supangle visually appealing, use elegant serving bowls or glasses. Drizzle some chocolate sauce on the plate before placing the pudding on top. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf for a pop of color.
