1.In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth.

2.Remove the bowl from heat and stir in the condensed milk until well combined.

3.Add the crushed biscuits and a pinch of sea salt to the chocolate mixture, stirring until all the biscuits are coated.

4.Line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
