1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the teff flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, berbere spice, and mitmita spice.

2.Gradually add water to the dry ingredients while whisking, until a smooth batter is formed. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

3.Heat a non-stick griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
