Preparation

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them splutter.

2.Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies to the pan. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.

3.Add the soaked and peeled almonds to the pan. Stir well to coat the almonds with the spices.

4.Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes.

5.Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool down slightly.

6.Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor. Add lemon juice and water. Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
