1.In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.

2.Add the chicken feet to the boiling broth and let them cook for 5 minutes. Remove the chicken feet and rinse them under cold water to remove any impurities.

3.In the same pot, heat some oil and sauté the ginger, garlic, and green onions until fragrant.

4.Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.

5.Return the chicken feet to the pot and pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chinese rice wine, sesame oil, Chinese wolfberries, and star anise.

6.Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

7.Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for about 1 hour, or until the chicken feet are tender and the flavors have melded together.
