1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, softened butter, granulated sugar, and Chinese five-spice powder. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and form a dough.

3.Divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll out one portion of the dough into a rectangular shape on a lightly floured surface.

4.Spread the sweetened red bean paste evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

5.Roll out the second portion of the dough into a rectangular shape of the same size and carefully place it on top of the red bean paste layer.
