1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, and salt.

3.Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

4.Place the dough back into the mixing bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

5.Punch down the dough and knead in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
