Ingredients
While the Swiss Cordon Bleu traditionally features veal or pork, our New Nordic version embraces the use of locally sourced, sustainably raised chicken. We have also replaced the traditional ham with smoked salmon, adding a distinct Nordic touch. Additionally, we have incorporated a variety of foraged herbs and spices to enhance the dish's unique flavor profile. We alse have the original recipe for Cordon Bleu, so you can check it out.
