Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F). Grease and line a 20cm (8-inch) round cake tin with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.

    In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.

    Stir in the orange zest, lemon zest, currants, raisins, dried cranberries, and whole almonds.
