Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

3.Add the roasted and mashed pumpkin to the skillet and mix well with the onions.

4.Stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
