1.In a large bowl, combine the chicken, beef, goat meat, onions, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, paprika, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
