7.In separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

8.Dip each stuffed cutlet into the flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

9.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the stuffed cutlets until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.

10.Remove the cutlets from the skillet and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
