Preparation

1.Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

4.Add tomato puree and cook until the ghee separates from the mixture.

7.Gently add the paneer cubes and stir gently to coat them with the gravy. Cook for another 5 minutes.
