We incorporate traditional Muhajir spices such as cumin, coriander, and garam masala to add a touch of warmth and depth to the dish. Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

4.Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and become tender.

5.Sprinkle cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper over the mushrooms. Stir well to coat the mushrooms evenly with the spices.

6.Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
