  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
