1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.

2.Add the honey to the warm water and stir until dissolved.

3.Gradually pour the honey water into the flour mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon until a dough forms.

4.Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

6.Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

7.Punch down the dough to release any air bubbles, then divide it into 6 equal portions.

8.Shape each portion into a round ball and flatten it into a disc shape, about 1cm (½ inch) thick.
