1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, dried oregano, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3.Take each pitted olive and stuff it with a small amount of the beef mixture. Gently press the olive to seal the filling inside.
