1.In a saucepan, combine the water, matcha powder, sugar, and agar agar powder. Stir well to dissolve the matcha powder and sugar.

2.Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Pour it into a square or rectangular mold and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.

4.Once the matcha jelly is set, cut it into small cubes.
