1.In a small bowl, soak the saffron threads in warm milk for 10 minutes.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.

3.Add the melted ghee and honey to the flour mixture. Mix well.

4.Gradually add the saffron-infused milk and water to the dough, kneading until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5.Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.

6.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

7.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

8.Brush the surface of each circle with ghee and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

9.Fold the circle in half and then fold it again to form a triangle.
