1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, barley flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.

2.Add the melted Carmarthenshire butter and Welsh honey to the dry ingredients. Mix well.

3.Gradually add warm water to the mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

4.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

5.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

6.Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each rolled dough circle and gently press them in.
