In this adaptation of the Ethiopian Tibs, we incorporate Bangladeshi flavors and spices to create a unique and exciting dish. While the original Tibs is traditionally made with berbere spice blend, we substitute it with a combination of Bangladeshi spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder. Additionally, we use green chilies to add a fiery kick to the dish, which is a characteristic feature of Bangladeshi cuisine. We alse have the original recipe for Tibs, so you can check it out.
