1.Rinse the glutinous rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.

2.In a bowl, combine the pork belly slices with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
