1.In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, paprika, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.

2.Place the lamb leg in a deep roasting pan and pour the marinade over it, ensuring that the meat is evenly coated. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

3.Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).

4.Remove the lamb from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature. Place the roasting pan in the preheated oven and roast the lamb for approximately 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
