1.In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with Greek yogurt, ginger, garlic, and half of the ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, and garam masala. Mix well and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

2.Heat the rapeseed oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

3.Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
