1.In a clean and sterilized clay pot, heat the buffalo milk over low heat until it reaches a temperature of 40°C (104°F). Remove from heat.

2.Sprinkle the cardamom powder over the milk and stir gently to combine. Cover the pot with a clean cloth and let it sit undisturbed in a warm place for 6-8 hours, or until the milk sets into curd.

3.Once the curd is set, refrigerate it for at least 2 hours to chill.

4.To serve, divide the chilled curd into individual bowls or plates.
