Treat your ingredients with care...
- Salmon — Make sure to remove any bones from the salmon fillet before cooking.
- Mascarpone cheese — Allow the mascarpone cheese to come to room temperature before using to ensure a smooth sauce.
Tips & Tricks
- For a lighter version, you can substitute half of the mascarpone cheese with Greek yogurt.
- Add a splash of white wine to the sauce for an extra layer of flavor.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for added richness.
- Serve with a side of garlic bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated and enjoyed the next day, but the pasta may absorb some of the sauce. Simply reheat in a skillet with a splash of cream to restore the creaminess.
Serving advice
Serve the Creamy Salmon Farfalle as a main course, accompanied by a fresh green salad and crusty bread.
Presentation advice
Garnish each plate with a sprig of fresh dill and a lemon wedge for an elegant touch. The vibrant colors of the salmon and dill against the creamy pasta will make for an appetizing presentation.
