Additionally, we have incorporated Sylheti spices such as turmeric, cumin, coriander, and ginger to infuse the dish with the distinct flavors of Sylheti cuisine. Preparation

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped alligator meat, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger paste, chili powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Take a handful of the mixture and stuff it into the casings, shaping them into sausages. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

    Heat some cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the stuffed casings and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through, approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

    Once cooked, remove the Sylheti Spiced Gator Boudin from the pan and let them cool slightly before serving.
