1.In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, Chinese five-spice powder, and white pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it in half to form a triangle. Press the edges firmly to seal the wonton.
