Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Mushrooms — Make sure to clean the mushrooms thoroughly before slicing them. You can use a damp cloth or paper towel to wipe off any dirt or debris. Avoid washing them under running water as mushrooms tend to absorb water and become soggy.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a more intense mushroom flavor, you can add a splash of white wine while sautéing the mushrooms.
  • If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add more vegetable broth or water to the soup.
  • To make the soup more filling, you can add cooked rice or noodles before serving.
  • Experiment with different types of mushrooms to vary the flavors and textures of the soup.
  • For a touch of acidity, you can squeeze a bit of lemon juice into the soup before serving.
